Draken Giants made there first press release today amidst infighting of epic proportions.
Junaid Boltini was overheard complaining to a scantly clad women in a dubious bar on the eve of the Rundt om Vejle race that nobody likes him and everybody is out to get him. Some more serious accutations could not be confirmed as the unidentified woman could not be found.
Allegedly there was tampered with Boltini's bike (?team mates?)on two seperate occacions in the last two weeks causing two nasty crashes. The last one this morning in the Rundt om Vejle where he ended up under the team car after dropping back for canteens and some adivice from team manager Piet Oros. While cycling next to the team car his back wheel fell out, resulting in the team car driving over him when he fell.
Boltini (with great potential of which so much was expected) have been under performing and missing training since the team turned pro 1 1/2 months ago. Around the same time his girlfriend (a South African born swim suit model) dumped him for a OCM superstar whose identity is still unknown. Since then he's fallen into a deep depression taking refuge in booze & prostitutes.
His team mates have been overheard on several occations complaining about his lack of dedication and not wanting to ride for him anymore.
Team manager Piet Oros said he has received no formal complaints and that any team or staff member involved in devious activities will be dealt with severely. He also said that if Boltini's results & mental condition do not inprove soon, action will be taken. He did not specify which kind of action.
Piet Oros also said "This is supposed to be a day of celebration for the team. After solid results by Boltini's team mates in the Rundt om Vejle race this morning we jumped to div.5." He also warned the fans to expect a drop in the coming weeks as the team is still new and busy devoloping.
Quick and desicive action must be taken by Piet Oros before the team destroy themselves or worse; Boltini ............
